I heard these problems @ Dubai, wot we have to do is take all documents that related to bank settlements including release paper to nearest Police Dept:. There will be a separate section for all these kind of black listing, u shld remove ur name from their recordical datas(Black Listing) by showing release paperers and all told them that u settled all debts with that bank.I thnk they will remove ur name when u show that release paper to Mudeer.These are all up2 my knwldge.
