@MRST: On more than one occasion I have seen cats climbing in the metal work of the ceiling at Giant in Hyatt plaza.

Maybe management put them there to catch the birds?

You do wonder why a shop that has birds flying in and out of the salad section, taking little bits of greenery up in to the roof to make nests, has never been closed down???
