Surving 1 year in Qatar airways as cabin crew itself will be a challenge and should you survive , you may get some bonus ranging from 1 month basic sal to 3 months , based on how you perform and butter your superiors .

Acco is shared acco , so only basic sal + some allow + additional hrs you put in -you get paid for in a month . So about 12 k per month all in all . If you are senior cabin attendant , maybe 16 k per month .
