Based on my personal experience, 5 times in a row, they were very efficient and professional. I applied for visa 5 times, and there were no delays or any other issues. My wife had to change her passport, and she got it within 30 days as promised. Perhaps the staff has changed, or the influx of people, or may be just the situation which wasn't dealt appropriately. But naming them in one of the worst embassies, I wouldn't support it. Wish good luck to the OP and hope similar issues will not be faced by fellow citizens.
