Its disgusting really, not to mention illegal. How any civilized human being can do such a thing is beyond me, specially considering the fact that there are actually trash cans around if they'd care to look! I mean not only is it pollution but it can also cause harm to the birds,fish and other creatures around..but I suppose they really don't care now,do they?
