please try to understand that no door to door cargo is approved by indian government to send cargo like this.You can send cargo by courier mode,and it is approved.But here in all gulf countries ,most of the door to door cargo is sending goods in individuals name,taking an advantage of UB(Unaccompanied Baggage)and it is illegal.So when sending goods like this will catch by DRI(Department of Revenue Intelligence) and sometimes even the cargo company is not able to clear the goods due to customs problems.This case was reported from dubai also,around 60 containers was caught by DRI,and kept in Madras sea port for more than one year.

So be careful and be aware that most of the Door to Door cargo is sending goods using an illegal method.
