first of all tell us how long u r in Qatar... if u r new then its impossible atleast 1 year u have to spend in ur sponser after that u can get easily... u need to go CID office there u can get that paper, AEARAA , take the signatures of both companies [ ur Sponsor + the company where u want to job or work ] take them to CID office again they will do it... and about Cost really sorry its just i may be 100 - 300 i think....
