I see it happening in most forums: emails, BBM, chats or other similar forums as QL. Human nature to get carried away. Or it could be the limitation to our scope of attention, like our eyes (meaning, we ourselves) dont really notice things on the boundaries of our vision. Or it could be other things we don't know about. But whatever may be the reasons, it happens.
