Exactly. And to say ""It is no one's business but the parents." is to assume these kids are actually" property" belonging to the parents which no one, not even those in authority,  has a right to protect or save! Would a person think the same if they were to see a parent murdering their child? Scary attitudes! 

For all its worth is it not illegal in Qatar to drive with kids in the front seats?
