in my experience, and I lived there for over 8 years, there is always traffic at national paints. Also it takes much more than 25 minutes to get JLT, JBR, the ranches, the greens etc from Dubai airport never mind Sharja. If your going to bur dubai the traffic is a lot better these days but that takes at least 20 minutes from Dubai airport (yes i did that only a few weeks ago, around midnight). So 25mins? Sorry not convinced.
But if you are counting this in Dubai minutes then, sure its twenty five minutes. Everything in Dubai minutes is five minutes. Even if its half an hour. "yes sir, it will be with you in five minutes". you can take that one along with "the cheques in the mail".
