fathimah, i have a one friend who's trying to quit now..because in our home, no one smokes..so it's like a rehab for her since there's no place to smoke but on the rooftop only..since the building we're living are all muslims, she cannot smoke even outside our flat..so now, she can overcome the urge to smoke and sometimes she can let the day pass without one..
