The fact that she is only your friend makes you ineligible to apply a visit visa for her. One solution is to buy business visa for her which can be extended. But I'm not sure if it's still available as of this date. The authorities are keen on curbing this selling visa business. Ask some Pinoys for more clarification on the matter.
