It is much better for expats to be recruited from their country of origin, this is not the sort of place where you can drop off CVs and expect to gain employment. In fact if you are recruited from here the chance of getting a good package are far worse. Most clerical type positions in most companys tend to go to people from India or the philipines and are low paid in comparison to the UK. I would advise you to search for a job on the internet, gulftalent, bayt and reed are good and secure a full expat package before setting foot on a plane.
