One car alone will set you back at least QAR2000/month - that's 20% of your salary. As for dental - my problem is finding a "real" one here that I feel I can trust. Costs may or may not be covered by the medical - and I'd ask a lot of questions about what is covered on the medical and WHERE you can go for treatment if needed.
I recommend you sit down and look at what you currently spend on food, entertainment, clothing (also expensive here), and recreational activities, if you want to join a gym or hotel facility (to get access to their gym/pool etc.) thats another 8,000 - 10,000 yearly (5* hotels are the only ones with private beaches here).
If you dine out at all - it can be cheap and cheerful or it can rival the more exclusive restaurants in London in price.
