only caring for ourselves, is it the same as like this:

You are working in a company that pays you, right?  But you don't owe anything to the company because you are paid for what you are doing, right again (?).  So you are open to criticize this company because you don't owe them ANYTHING, right?

IS THAT RIGHT?
