I am just back from City Center, and have clarified the actual rates for parking there. I spoke with staff and explained the amount of confusion and inconsistency revolving around their paid parking, and they explained the above rates.

I asked about a receipt, and they said a receipt must be given if requested.

I asked about the procedure if there is an attempt to charge anything other than the prices in the above chart. I was told that you can request to speak to a manager either by asking the cashier to call on your behalf, or by pressing the assistance button next to the booth.

I asked if it was acceptable to request the name of a cashier in the event of a querie and was told that all cashiers have an individual ID number that you can request.

But the main thing is, if there is an attempt to charge you anything over the amounts shown in the chart, request to see a manager.

Don't forget to take you parking ticket and proof of purchase to the information desk before exiting for validation of the two offers.
