Its not a high end gym... the equipments are good and new and there is a good nigerian instructor as well.

when you take the right cut just after Royal plaza..towards lulu center parking....after the first R/A (small) go straight before the 2nd R/A (small) there is a wide road on the right just for this villa...you can actually see the villa from the road...
