TAQTEER for Training and Consultancy in Qatar and they are certified from University of Cambridge as a Cambridge International Centre.
Firstly yes they are in Qatar.
Secondly they work only with Government and private company's that’s why you will not find any advertisement about them.
Finally there instructors are qualified from University of Cambridge as Minimum standard and not 1 native instructor only.i took some English & Business Courses with them by my company and they are excellent.
