The only ones i am aware of in that price bracket are:
1. Hyundai
2. Kia
3. Suzuki
4. Mitsubishi
In my opinion the Mitsubishi is the more reliable of the above, although the others may give you more 'extras' for the money.
Your best bet is to visit the showrooms and take a test drive.
Other things to consider:
1. Cost of insurance.
2. Service interval.
3. Cost of service.
4. Availability and cost of spare parts.
5. Accesability of service centres (Mitsubishi have several service centres around Doha - not sure about the others).
Some of them may include 1 year insurance and 3 years free servicing - i am pretty sure you can negotitate these extras even though they may not be advertising them as a 'bundle'.
