Regarding Ipad2 ,  a word of caution when you buy Ipad2 with wifi and 3gfrom Internet, double check whether it has an sim loader option.because in US sim comes built it and you cannot change the sim. But in Middle east market it comes with seperate Sim Loader Tray where u can place your sim
