Go directly to Q-tech ( Industrial area, street 24) and have the car inspected and do the paper work, is a lot safer than going thru' someone.  The traffic police is there on site to assist you. Insurance can be completed as well.

You can be sure the job will be done right.

You could be duped and if caught on the road, the fines are pretty steep and car confiscated.
