I am trying to think outside the box.  That's why I posted the topic and asked for suggestions.  If I was convinced that there was only one reason why any Qatari would check in to a hotel, I wouldn't be canvassing readers for others reasons, would I?

And even I don't believe that every one of the average 953 Qatari who will check in to a hotel tonight and every other night are bonking a hooker.  It's just such a huge, and seemingly inexplicable number.
