neither i. haven't heard "temporary working visa" but if cherukkan is right, you have to work under ur sponsor for at least a year.
However, my sponsor told me that if your current employee doesn't give u release to transfer to another company, you can ask for the visa of ur wife to get cancelled and ask for NOC. In that case, she'll have to exit the country but she can come back within the day provided that she has NOC. That scenario is I guess much better than waiting for a year (in case her sponsor doesnt want to give her NOC to transfer).
