first let ur wife's visa process be finished...so that whenver she wants to come back..can come withing 6 months of visa..! You will end up saving in visit visa costs which is far higher than RP costs!

if your company permits than do RP for 2 years and arrange to have visit of your wife in every 6 months time gap.!
