I work in Audit and so from my experience, in most of companies in Qatar it is calculated (21 days a year of your basic salary)
For example, if you have worked for 3 years and your basic salary is 3,000, you get 2,100 every year as EOSB and so a total of 6,300 for the 3 years you have worked.
Now that you know the formula, apply it on your situation.
P.S: "As per the law which is effective 2005 by Labor Department of Qatar, every company should apply the EOSB to all employees, so no need to check your contract as you will be eligible for sure for all years after 2005""
