I don't know if is it still available, the NBI machines on malls, which is same as ATM machine. Which can issue an NBI clearance before. But my wife came here 6months ago and NBI is not a requirements. She only used the NBI for applying her passport. And now that shes working here in Qatar, they ask for her NBI clearance.
