hgl - I for one wouldn't give you such information until the visa application stage had been reached.  If an organization is willing to forego a qualified, competent person who is able to successfully fulfill the job requirements before that point, it's their loss - they are more likely to end up hiring someone they'll take through the hiring process and have to repatriate in 6 months.
