We were about to hire a Sri Lankan maid and noone asked us for an insurance. As our maid let us down the very last minute, do you know anyone in Sri Lanka who would like to work for an European family with a baby? We already have got a visa approval. Please, it is very urgent as I want to train her before I get back to work.

Why don't you send her a a contract letter and the visa document, so she's on the safe side. So do you. She needs to sign one copy and send it back to you.
