You have some valid points but you should think how this situation arose? is it because of expatriates? No....It's because of your culture..
You wanted housemaids for kitchen, You wanted drivers for driving (you don't like to drive your own car), Early days most of Qataris weren't educated enough to even manage their business, You wanted a manager, You wanted an Accountant, You had Oil but your people didn't want to become engineers/labours as you have to work in the fields so you hired experts from european countries and labours from asian countries, Your people didn't study to becomes doctors so you hired doctors, you built hospitals, your population increased, your wanted more and more services and products. You shouted from the car putting the horne...so the grocery needed a running boy...like this untimately you became lazy and you wanted more servants and slaves to run this country...Will Qataris like to work as labours in oil fields? labours in road constructions? never...you want to sit and enjoy only...then how come your people can win jobs?....
