An interesting thought, as per NASA and all those that have been in the middle east for more than 5 years have definately seen an increase in temperatures every year.
In Kuwait almost every year the mecrcury seemed to rise 1 degree, or more. When i first arrived in Kuwait (2003)we averaged around 45c-48c during the hot summer months, now we are looking more like 50c -53c +. if right now Doha is averaging between 43-45 what will we be looking at in 2020??

Soon enough even the parts of the world that never reach 40`s will be way over that, look at the recent Indian heat wave, very good example.
