So what is the BV's purpose then, as per your understanding? Looking for the job?? People just do not stop to amuse me..
And it's not what the the guy said. He said , he came here on BV, THEN found the job (this part was illegal: to come on BV for Job search). When he found a job he started the process of his RP. For some reason the company doesn' want him anymore, but the guy wants his money for 1 month of work. This is the story.
So as baldrick said, doing things the wrong way from the beginning eventually will put you into troubles.
