In survey conducted by General secretariat of development planning, some 75% of government employees justify the reason of their poor working hours are due to not having a fixed assigned tasks & their duties are not in line with their job description
And here comes the big challange of Qatarization creating this huge disguised unemployment just to fill in the quota recommended by the ministries council
I think this Figure says it, I don’t think this percentage of locals has an impact in the labor market.
