I suggest that traffic police put the picture of person, his/her name in all Qatar news paper everyday with one line under the picture stating:

a. what he/she did,

b. where he/she did,

c. how much he/she was fined,

d. what punishment was given, and

e. was it his/her first violation.

Repeated violators will have their driving license suspended and this rule shall apply to all regardless to his/her nationality and his/her public status.

In no time you will see reduction in traffic accidents.
