Hi there,,,many compounds are situated within the Al Rayyan area,,,it's near Sherborne School.  I'm working in Sherborne that's why i'm familiar within the road. You can also check some compounds within Garaffa area and near the Slope Round About, opposite the on going construction site of Sidra near the Compass International School there are also compounds on those areas.  Hope you will find a good villa.
