I have been denied at the airport for having Business visa in my passport. The same question was asked.  I tried to be honest and see what could be the next move but to no avail.  Good thing is that my sponsor immediately send a Work Visa.  I can't blame our government but luck at times for some few who were allowed to leave the country using a Business Visa. I was surprised that one applicant in our company just arrived 3 weeks ago using Business visa.  So the Imigration rules are not by the book. It depends on the mood and the need of their pockets. They select few randomly, just to keep their profile low.
