If you have someone to fight your battles so to speak then many would use that liberty. As MBK pointed out in countries where you really don't have many people to complain to then you'd simply do what you can in your own way. Like if the case of the OP happens to me I'd probably call up the resto and try exchanging the goods and if they refused then I'll boycott them and maybe post about it on QL..of course then I'll run the risk of been called a "whiner" reminded that there are people worse of than me and cautioned to check my order next time before leaving the restaurant...which won't necessarily be a bad thing!
