You get a contract. From your last post this offer is beginning to sound less attractive. Most expats get private medical, adequate tuition for dependent children, tickets, housing (allowance or provided), maybe transportation. I don't know the name of your employer but they can't hire anyone without offering a contract - that's how it works here.

You should also be aware that if you get here and decide at some point to change employers, your original employer has to give you a No Objection letter in order for you to do so - otherwise you get a 2 year employment ban.
