iPhone 5 will not be release this year. it is already announced by Apple. there will be only software update ios5 this year end. iphone 4 current ones can be upgraded for the ios5.

iphone 4 in souqs are original and good as long as they are in Apple packing. but some of them are selling locked phone with vodafone. so make sure before you buy iphone 4 if it is factory unlocked or no. factory unlocked phone is usually little expensive then the locked iphone.
