there is no 'if' about it. the CIA has over 400 operatives in pakistan..remember the pak government was asking the US to reduce it by 300..
there also the special ops teams..maybe 1000-2000. Offically about 300 strong.
so who is actually running the country?
Leadership take their orders from Washington..this is clear.
