who want to change their look have a lack of confidence in themselves or what they have it is pshycology problem.
It is all becaue of the media effect, the solution for this problem is simple, people must be confident in them selves and must know that they are created in the perfect way which makes them better than others.
From my prespective belief point of view, those people who want to change their look are not satisfied with the way God created them, people must know that what God decided for them is the best thing for them.
