Charles Joseph Whitman (June 24, 1941 – August 1, 1966) was a student at the University of Texas at Austin and a former Marine who killed 16 people and wounded 32 others during a shooting rampage on and around the university's campus on August 1, 1966.
The tower massacre happened shortly after Whitman murdered his wife and mother at their homes. He was shot and killed by Austin Police Officers.
Charles Whitman's autopsy revealed a glioblastoma tumor that, according to the report, "conceivably could have contributed to his inability to control his emotions and actions" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Whitman
I'm calling Brain Tumor for Strauss-Kahn's actions.
Of course it goes without saying that the CIA planted the tumor in his head, in cahoots with the French Secret Service, in some kind of Manchurian Candidate operation done whilst Strauss-Kahn was in a hypnotised state.
Anyone know about Charles Whitman?
