They erected a huge film set of a Libyan city just as it was done in the movie "Golden Eye" & that depleted Uranium expert, Dr. Doug Rokke is actually Moammar Qazzafi wearing a mask. He was infact, quite inspired from the Hollywood Movie, Mission Impossible.... Right?
