Living in the sun, i don't think you should look for places where they like to hire turkish nationals in particular, but somewhere where what you have to offer is actually needed.

Have a look at the websites other posters have posted...but i do not think there is a big chance for you in real estate over here....then again, it may depend on what kind of salary and benefits you are happy with.
Be aware though that Qatar is a rather expensive place to live in.
