About wife , i don't know but i think procedure will be same for all. I am studying outside the country ,have valid RP. I am under my brother's sponsor and before two weeks i extended my stay(means before the completion of 6months,before 2weeks) and paid 500Riyal to airport immigration. And documents my brother submitted are a NOC from my University as a proof that i am student and exit stamp on my passport(photocopy) with new RP and 3photogrphes.
