Very difficult my friend, the law in Qatar says it's illegal for companies not to pay employees on time but reporting your company can be very messy indeed. My advise for what it is worth would be .. if this is happening to your other company colleagues as well is for you all to documentate all the salary arrears owed by the company to it's employees with proof of late / non payment in the form of bank statements, this is providing they do pay by bank transfer and then either present this to your head of HR or your companies pay roll officer. Hopefully you received a written response to your claim and if it is not satisfactory then armed with all this evidence go to the Labour Department and submit a complaint.
