DohaSteve - there are lots of small recruitment companies here who actually charge candidates placement fee! it is especially disguisting when you think who they charge.... for highest paying jobs the fee comes from the client, for lowest paid jobs - they charge candidate! I had one of those offering our HR dept services... they left the building quicker than they walked in - they have no shame!
