william b..if a package includes basic, rent, housing and transport, then these elements are only paid upon proof of receipt?
answer is NO.these all elements will be paid to you incording to the package or grade gievn to you regardless of receipt
only special allowance will be given if house rental is more then the given package so upon presenting the reciept you will be entitled to recieve special allowance according to ur grade..if u r getting housing allowance of 5000 and if u show the reciept of rent 9000 then according to ur grade some amount wll be added to housing allowance may be 1000 only. so total will be
housing allowance given: 5000
special allowance : 1000
Actual rent is 9000
thats all a company can do as an special allowance
