Thank you,those are good recommendations.Actually,it's a friend of mine for whom I am asking around;That's not of any importance now.The potential problem is that he has a certificate of proficiency in English (CPE) that is highly recognized and accepted around the world,but does not have any kind of formal education degree.I don't know of policy for getting those kind of jobs.
