If children are trained from the start to belp up when they get into the car, then they will without a fuss, its only when they are allowed to do as they please that there is a problem.
The basic thing to remember is that YOU are the parent and they are YOUR responsibility, take it seriously.
I would actually go as far to say that anyone who drives with a child loose in a car is a bad parent.
