When Qatar starts paying construction workers 18,000QR a month, plus benefits, you will see a horde of western construction workers here. And for that price Qataris would not be willing to employ South Asian workers.
A friend of mine is in construction back in the UK; he enquired of me the possibilty of working in Qatar, when I told him of the pay and conditions you can guess what his reaction was!!!
